A Survey of Users and Their Use of Information in Different LanguagesThis was the result of a term project that required Masters of Information & Library Science students to work with real-life users in order to provide practical experience with digital information retrieval. It was a valuable, hands-on learning experience that taught students how to work collaboratively with users, how to create a user model, and how to formulate and evolve search strategies.
