ipl2 Volunteer Positions

Reference Administrator

After my internship ended at the ipl2, I was asked to stay on as a Reference Administrator.  My duties include staffing "on-duty" shifts for ten hours a week and processing incoming reference questions.  

Reference Specialist

Shortly after joining the ipl2 as a Reference Administrator, I was promoted to Reference Specialist, answering complex reference questions quickly.

Prior to my internship, I served as a Student Volunteer at the ipl2, answering reference and research questions designed to provide practical reference experience.
